Over many years my once and long-time employer,
and fellow employees donated thousands of spiral-bound notesbooks, pocket folders, packages of notebook filler paper,
scissors, rulers; thousands of pens, pencils, erasures, bottles of glue and glue sticks, boxes of crayons; hundreds
of pencil boxes, dictionaries, construction paper, water colors, the list goes on.
Countless boxes of supplies were delivered to The
Miami Valley Council for Native Americans, who in-turn, delivered them [coinciding with the Labor Day holiday]
via their annual clothing drive, to the Dakotas and surrounding reservations.
Their generousity never ceased to amaze me. And I am truly grateful for LexisNexis
allowing me the opportunity to serve the greater community in such a manner.
